Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a psychotherapeutic approach that addresses dysfunctional emotions, behaviors, and cognitions through a goal-oriented, systematic approach. Individuals will explore and modify harmful thought patterns and behaviors, fostering healthier coping mechanisms.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an empirically supported, comprehensive treatment that integrates cognitive behavioral therapy with a mindfulness and acceptance approach. DBT is particularly beneficial for those struggling with emotional regulation and interpersonal difficulties.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence based therapeutic method of processing and treating traumatic material while stimulating the right and left hemispheres of the brain. EMDR facilitates the processing of traumatic memories, reducing their emotional impact.

Prolonged Exposure (PE) is used for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder. It encompasses both exposure therapy and emotional processing methods of treatment. PE aids in confronting and overcoming fears and trauma by gradually exposing individuals to distressing stimuli in a safe environment.
